At Bachasuit, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise within 15 days of purchase, provided the items have their original tags attached.
Return Guidelines

Please include a copy of your invoice and mention the reason for returning the item(s).

Customers are required to return merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after the returned items are received and inspected.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)
1. Complete the Return Form
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill out the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.
2. Repack Merchandise
Ensure that the product(s), along with the completed Return Form, are securely packed in their original packaging.
3. Ship to Our Address
Send your parcel via traceable courier service or registered post to the address provided by our team.

Pickup service is available for Lahore customers only.

Lahore customers should complete steps 1 and 2, then call us for pickup.

A Rs.100 pickup fee will apply.
Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at Bachasuit486@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
3. Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weβll process the exchange. If approved, your replacement product will be dispatched within 7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for exchange.

If the exchange is due to a defective product or an error from our side, Bachasuit will cover the return shipping cost.
